There are like 3 different offers here the screen scrolls through them, people are saying the first one is spend $75 get a free $10 gift card but the second offer you get will be for the free card.

Also, Free $10 gift card to your local GGP shopping mall.
Go here to search if there is one close to you:
http://www.shopsmartlookfab.com/Malls/Search
If so, click "select the mall".
On the next page enter your email address.
You will be send an email with a confirmation code to print out.
Take the print out to the mall between Sept. 17-19 to get free gift card. You will also be registered to win a What Not to Wear experience in NYC!

I put in the 100 mile radius one and it gave me a HUGE list of malls. Sandy

Hey guys, if you have a Walgreens store near you, check them out this week for the Gillete Fusion MVP Razor for $8.99 with a $6 RR coupon and there are $4 manufactures coupons out there from yesterdays paper(so a money maker really). Also they have Herbal Essences Hair Care products $2.99 with a $2 RR,(there are $1 mfg coupons too, so this is basically tax only with that coupon), Robitussin DM $2.49 and you get the $2.49 back in a RR, also Emergen-C booster 2 pk for $3.49 with a $3.49 RR, Vaseline Sheer Infusion Lotion $6.99 with a $6.99 RR, ChapStick Fresh Effects $2.99 with a $2.99 RR and Oral B Advantage 1-2-3 toothbrush $3 with a $3 RR. Dentek Dental Care $2 with a $2 RR, Halls Refresh Sugar Free drops $1 with a $1 RR. You may find coupons for these products too, but great deals with or without mfg coupons and you can use the RR on items you would normally buy making the items you paid for free too. I will use my RR coupons to buy hubby's Maxwell House coffee and some bottled water/etc. That way I will get my coffee plus my water and a few other items I need plus the other products that had the RR that I wouldn't normally have bought for the same amount I would have paid for just the coffee and water/etc. Be careful you can only buy one of each item at a time to get the RR coupon. But you can buy one of each item you want at the same time. If you want a second or third item(like 3 Robitussin DM), go out and put the stuff in the car and come back in and buy more, or come back another time. Questions? tag mail me: sandy4

I just learned about a network of yahoo groups called FREECYCLE. What it is is like a barter type system but instead of trading you offer what you dont need anymore or want to get rid of FOR FREE and if you need something you post what you need and if someone has it they respond and send you an email that they have what you want for you to come and get it. There are thousands of groups in thousands of towns and cities in the USA. It is interesting to just read the messages posted. I just told a fellow to come and get a Doghouse we dont need. (Our dogs are too spoiled to stay outside) So if you need something or need to get rid of something and think it still has use and dont want to throw it away check out FREECYCLE In your area.

Here is an online coupon site where you register your grocery loyalty cards like at Kroger and then this site will electronically list the coupon and credit your account with the cents off. At least that is how they say it works. So if you hate taking coupons to the store and flipping through paper cut outs try Shortcuts.com They offer store brand items as well which I find to be a real bonus.

Dolly Partin has set up a site where children can register for free childrens books. It is not in all communities but if you want this program for your community you can organize for it to be administrated by Dollys organization but funded by your community. It is a pretty interesting concept, one that will benefit all of the children in your community for years to come. Check out Dolly Partins Imagination Library and see if they are already in your county or city. Dolly Partins Imagination Library They send a book a month to each child enrolled, age appropriate.

I just realized that I haven't really posted about the great deals at Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid and how to "use" them to your advantage to save a lot of money. Since I don't have a Rite Aid here in TX, I will touch lightly on that one, but you can use the sale priced items to save a ton of money with your coupons and I believe they also have a savings program of some type that gives you money back or reward points/etc.

CVS I know more about, they will sometimes have freebies where if you buy an item you get the same amount you just spent back in CVS bucks that you can spend on another product. Also watch for the B1G1F(buy one get one free)sales, you can use a manufacture coupon on these and if you happen to have a B1G1F coupon for the product, some people are reporting that some stores will give you both items for tax only. It all depends on how the store interprets the wording/etc on the coupon. Basically, the manufacture is giving you one free and CVS is giving you one free, they are getting their money for the first item from the manufacturer just as if it was the consumers money paying for the item. Some managers won't allow this, some will, it's actually an added sale to the store whatever way it's taken. So with CVS as an example lets say they have shampoo on sale 2/$5 and it's the brand you use and you need some soon, here is a way to get it and get more for your money at the same time. Last week CVS had a special freebie on Nivia men's body wash lets say it was $4.88, you bought one and got the exact amount you paid(minus tax of course)back in an extra care buck to use on another purchase. Lets say the shampoo was also on sale 2/$5, you would buy the Nivia men's body wash for $4.88, then use the $4.88 extra buck you got back on your 2 shampoo. You bought the shampoo you needed basically and got the Nivia body wash free. Another hidden deal to make that deal even better is that in the Sunday coupons in the last month or so there were $3 coupons for Nivia mens body wash, so you could also have used one of those, paid $1.88 plus tax for your body wash and gotten a $4.88 extra care buck back to use on your shampoo, wow what a savings! Now, if nobody uses the Nivia body wash you can try selling it for $2(less then 1/2 price) or you can give it away, after all it didn't really cost you anything except tax. This example can be used almost every week at CVS. Just watch your CVS sales flyers for items that would be almost free after coupons or items you use frequently that would be a great deal. A lot of people either donate these "free" items somewhere or have yard sales a couple times a year to get rid of them. Some also make lists of what they have and prices they are asking and pass them around at work, people who use them will grab the items at those prices. CVS also limits their deals to one or two/etc per card and once your card reaches its limit you can't get another deal at the special price. You also have to have the same card to use the CVS bucks you get back since they are numbered by the card number.

OK, on to my favorite, Walgreens! I have about 10 Walgreens within a 10 to 15 minute drive from me. This week they have several items on the back page that are "free after RR(register rewards): Luster White 7 Toothpaste $5, Ecotrin $2, Walgreens vitamins $2, and Rejuvicare supplement for either skin, hair, or nails $9.99.
Some of these may have had manufacture coupons out on them. The only thing I was really interested in were the vitamins and the Ecotrin so I didn't get any of the other two items, however a lot of people did either because they used them or just so they could put them in their yard sales/etc. Usually you can get two deals of each item easily per store, but you have to do them separately since only one RR per item will print out at a time. In other words, you could have gotten one of each item and paid for them together and all 4 RR would have printed out, but if you wanted to get 2 of each item you would have to do 2 separate orders, one of each item per order. Some people do this and use the first RRs to help pay for the second order items, the store may or may not allow that, it depends again on the store(the manager sets his own policy most of the time). The most important thing to remember if you try doing this is that you can't use an Ecotrin RR to pay for the other Ecotrin, (well, you actually can but it won't print out another RR if you do and keeping the RR's rolling to another product is what you are trying to do).
You can however use the Rejuvicare $9.99 RR to get another Ecotrin, vitamin and toothpaste and something else that you throw in(called a filler item) that costs $1, this will result in you paying around $1 for all your items in this order and you will get another $9 in RR so you can get other items again. Now, if you want to you can use those $9 in RR to buy another rujuvicare but you would have to toss in 2 more small value items(think cheap candy or pencils/etc) so that you can use all 3 RR coupons(you always have to have one item for each RR you use). This way you now have another $9.99 RR to use to buy other stuff again. This can go on and on and on if you are lucky enough to be able to find all 4 of the items. Once I did this and had over $50 in RR coupons and I used them to buy a $49.99 heater that was on sale. Basically I feel that I paid for the heater I needed badly and got all the other items "free"!! I have done the same thing to get a $59.99 blood pressure monitor that I wouldn't have been able to afford easily either. I also do it on a smaller basis a lot, I will get the free items and use the RR I get back from buying them to buy hubby's coffee or some trash bags or foam plates, soup or cereal or milk, whatever I need that is a good deal or on sale that week. Don't forget to use your manufacturer coupons from the Sunday paper to save even more money, but always remember that you have to have one item per coupon and a RR is considered a coupon. At Walgreens you can also use a manufacturer coupon AND a Walgreens coupon on ONE item so say in the June Walgreens coupon booklet(usually found underneath the Walgreens weekly sale flyer in the store) there is a $2 Walgreens coupon off Olay body wash, the body wash is on sale 2/$10 and you also have a couple $2 coupons from the Sunday coupons. In this case, you get two body washes, use 2 of the Sunday coupons and when they scan the Walgreens coupon it will take $2 off each of the bodywash. Your ending total will be $2 plus tax for 2 Oil of Olay body washes! $1 each for that brand is a great buy if you use body wash(this is only an example, the body wash isn't really on sale for that price, the example was just to explain to you that you do need to watch the Walgreens monthly sales coupon booklet too). Okay, hope I didn't confuse you too much. Good luck and good shopping, any questions you can tag mail me and I will try to explain more, Sandy4

if you are looking for some cheap veggies, check out the Dollar General stores. Awhile back they had whole kernal corn and peas on sale 3/$1. Well, today I was in a DG in Parkersburg, WV and found them for .34 per can and that's cheap. I have bought these and they are decent veggies. I also bought a can of diced rutabagas for .55 to try them. If they are decent I may go back and buy several more cans to take home to TX when we leave in Aug. I have not made a English meat pie dish called a "pasty" for years, mainly because I don't like dicing all the potatoes and rutabaga and cutting up onions or making the crust. These retail in supermarkets in upper MI for around $6 each for the larger sized ones(maybe more now) and hubby loved them when he was in the service up there. If you haven't shopped the dollar stores for food items, go into a few of them and see what you can find. Oh, another good buy now was Van Camps pork and beans 2/$1. They had coupons out not too long ago for .30 off 3 cans, so for every 3 cans it would cost you $1.20 or .40 a can after that coupon now. Hope you find some good buys too, Sandy
